After troubleshooting, we can provide you with a cost estimate for the appropriate action and various options for service and repair.
Since we also have a computer shop and webshop, we can very quickly find any spare parts and give a delivery time.

You are always welcome to drop off your broken computer or accessories at our store in Lund.
We investigate and give a cost estimate of what a possible repair and spare parts will cost.
We can often order the spare parts while you are in the store. If it is not worthwhile to repair your product, we can help you find a new one and, for example, transfer data from your old device and install what is needed.

While we have telephone contact, one of our technicians connects to your computer via a secure connection and helps you with your computer. Here you share the same view and information and you can describe the problem while investigating and working on it.
