We live in a time where most things in IT have become... well, a bit of a jungle. Cloud solutions, automated support chats, unmanned e-commerce stores. Everything is fast, efficient -- but also quite impersonal. This is where Compliq comes into play.
Compliq may not be the largest IT company in Sweden. We are based in Lund, are 13 people strong, and have been doing this for over 30 years. And while we're constantly up to date with the latest in IT — from AI computing to secure cloud services — it's actually our traditional service that our customers often talk about the most.
We'll call. We drive out. We're talking.
It may sound obvious, but it is surprisingly rare today. With us, you can still call and talk to someone directly. Not with a chatbot, not with a switchboard that sends you around. With a human. Sometimes it's even Bosse who answers -- he's been around for a long time and knows most about most things.
And if you don't want to call? No problem. You can chat, email, or just look in the shop here in Lund. Many people do it so you can talk to someone and get different suggestions before deciding thatIt feels safer that way.
We believe in relationships, honesty and service.
Literally. We have our own electric cars with which we carry out deliveries — not only because it is convenient for customers, but also because we want to take responsibility for the environment. It also means that we are often in contact with our customers face to face. A quick chat at the door, maybe a question about the next project or something that messes up. And we like it. That's how relationships are built.
A partner for both companies and individuals
It's easy to think that we only work with companies, but that's not really true. Many private individuals come to us for help with broken computers, upgrades or just questions about what is actually worth buying. We are happy to help — even at your home if needed. And yes, we do it with RUT deductions.
Much more than just clouds
Of course, we also offer cloud services, backup solutions and security packages. You have to do that today. But that's not all we are. We have a physical store. It's a workshop. Own hands that can screw, mend, install and configure. And that makes us a little bit different.
When other actors talk about “digital transformation,” we often try to translate it into: “Okay, what do you actually need? What will work in everyday life?” It's the difference between selling a solution -- and being a partner.
The store in Lund — a small oasis in the IT noise
Our store in Lund may not be huge, but it is important. This is where many of our relationships begin. Someone comes in to check on a new keyboard, but walks out with both better control and a contact person they can call the next time something happens.
It is not uncommon to stay for a while and talk. About technology, about entrepreneurship, about how fast development is going right now. Sometimes we even have a cup of coffee.
Thoughtfulness by default
This may sound like a cliche, but we mean it: we actually care. About our customers, about making things work, about not fussing about it. Maybe that's why we have honest ratings on Google and Trustpilot. We are not constantly chasing new customers. Instead, we try to take care of the ones we have.
We don't always do everything perfectly. Sometimes there are some delays. Sometimes we might have to say “we'll come back tomorrow” instead of solving it right away.
So, if you are looking for an IT partner who not only talks about digitization but can also come by the office with a solution — get in touch. Or even better: stop by the store in Lund and say hello. We promise you'll get to talk to a real person.
Maybe Bosse.
