IT company Compliq IT AB acquires the Lundensian IT company Regiondata AB. With this acquisition, Compliq's operations and support offerings are significantly expanded. The need for digitalization in the region is increasing sharply, we have for some time seen an increase in demand from several of our customers who see the benefits of a local and responsible partner. With this acquisition, the company's resources are strengthened in project management, corporate development, process development, IT architecture, IT security, and operations and support.
After the acquisition, the company is expected to increase its sales significantly in 2023. We strengthen our commitment to our customers' IT environment management and their development in an increasingly digitalised world.

The new constellation will operate under the name Compliq IT AB from 1/1-2023.
Founded in 1992 in Lund, Sweden, Compliq IT has been producing advanced computers for computing systems, service, operation and support, as well as traditional sales of accessories and peripherals. The company currently has 8 employees and has a turnover of approximately 27 million. The company has clear goals in sustainability, such as a well-designed source sorting and emission analysis of its own transports. Locally, all deliveries are made carbon-free, with its own fully battery-powered vehicle fleet.
Regiondata has had a strong growth in recent years and has a turnover of 4-5 million with 4 employees. The company has primarily focused on ensuring and developing its customers' IT environment where contracts and plans are drawn up based on the companies' individual needs. ,
